Welcome to Wings of Haiku – an extraordinary journey combining top-notch photography and thought-provoking messages to inspire our daily lives. This coffee-table quality edition is a compilation of 365 beautiful images captured in travels ranging from the Caribbean islands to the Alaskan heartland. Each photograph is presented with the author’s three-line interpretation in Japanese 17-syllable poetry known as haiku. The poems are inspirational meditations that project faith, hope, encouragement and unconditional love. Every page is date-titled and self-contained with its own journey. Though meant to be enjoyed on a daily basis, it seems near impossible to put down once captured by its beauty and inspiration.
The photographic images are made up of a wide range of themes from flora, to wildlife, and to our own material world. In addition to the author’s photography, you will find several awe-inspiring presentations by John Easley, who unselfishly advised and mentored as only a true friend could.
